    A speeding charge <whistle>

    Here's the story.....

Captured on the Edinburgh Road at Carntyne doing 42 in a 30 last December.

I know for a fact I wasn't doing any more than 36 but this prick of a Polis has got me in the back of the car telling me I was definitely doing 42, a said a wizny, he said yae wur, a said a ****in wizny! <grr>

Now I know I'm still speeding at 36 in a 30 but that's no the ****in point is it?

So I got a citation to appear in June.... gave it the heavy blanko.

Received a letter from the PF telling me she holds a warrant for my arrest and that she will put into force should I not appear at court in Glasgow on 25th November! <yikes>

I've got a clean license, nae points, and I'm thinking of pleading not guilty.

What are my chances of this getting binned?

The polis are absolute ****s Rocket. The lied through their teeth their statement against me. My lawyers also said they were ****s because they went straight for dangerous driving without lesser charges. <grr>
I used Graham Walker Road traffic Lawyers who were tip top <ok>

Graham Walker Road Traffic Lawyers want £1500 and that's just for starters! <yikes>

Don't get me wrong, if I was sitting on 9 points and facing a possible ban then I'd pay that.

I just hate the fact that the Polis are claiming I was doing 42 when I know I wasn't.

  9. av got a good story about the polis tryin to catch an old mate of mine who was due in court the next day. a canny be arsed tellin it but it ends with a police car driven by a woman flipping over a wall and dropping down onto its roof. it was one of the best things av ever seen. infact Rocket it was directly acrross the road from that wee fitba park u used to play on back in the 40s <ok>

I was thinking of patching it again and keeping my head down for a bit. I was also told that if they can't get hold of you after a while it goes in the bin......?

I did this once before about 3 years ago for the speed camera on the Gallowgate just at Millerston St - I've never heard any more about it and know there's no warrant's out for me.

Very generous considering you would be representing a total ****. Donald Findlay QC or Di Stefano have represented ****s but they'd charge a hell of a lot more than you.

Rocket ya trouser hawk that's the best deal someone like you could get. Bit his hand off instead of the pillow <ok>

Right, I think this is what I'll do....

Go to court cos I don't want the ****s lookin for me. Plead Not Guilty!

Then wait in hope that the PF looks at the case again and decides that even if I was doing 42 it's hardly worth chasing me for.

If the boot decides to set a new trial date then I give the ****s the complete runaround, they canny find me and eventually it goes in the bin.

    Jobs a good'un <ok>

    November 2020: Glasgow

Police today issued a description of a vagrant who has been hiding in a wheelie bin for 10 years and are appealing for the mans family to come forward. The tramp cannot provide his own details due to a complete mental breakdown. The only clue officers have as to his identity are his inane rambling " ah wis only daen 36 " Anyone who gives a **** or who would like to adopt a soiled tramp for xmas contact Glasgow Celtic who have charitably housed him .The club have given him the name "Walfrid" until the authorities establish his true identity.
