...that if Chelsea win the CL, whoever finishes 3rd has to play a qualifying game to get into the CL group stages (like ours against Young Boys or Arsenal's against Udinese)?

Yep, clearly states CL winners and top 3 into the group stages, so no English team will be involved in the qualifying round. Thats put me right aswell, i said elsewhere I thought it was a qualifying place now.
