Must confess that after I read his previous history I wasn't quite sure that he was a good signing, but give a dog a bad name and all that, but his name seems to have disappeared from the potential of playing any games. He never appears on your proposed team sheets which begs the question as to what he's doing at Ashton Gate. You local folks must know and I would be interested to hear what's up with him.
he played vs Leicester i think also he also doing coaching work for the club i think , del got him in as to give a lot of the youngsters some guidance as i think he feels we have some good ones about to pop through
Is he actually coaching? Frankly, I don't want us paying player wages to someone that does a bit of coaching on the side without his badges. I can only assume that he's not on a lot and is there mainly for cover for the first-team while he sorts out his coaching badges.
I have been following him on twitter and he always seems to be down the pub and/or going into London with his mates (West London, his 'home' he says). He never says he is training or anything else that might be construed as actually helping BCFC. Very disappointing as he looked like being a marquee signing, but it has not worked out that way.
Looks like a strange one to me and begs the question as to whether we need or can afford such luxuries. Thanks for the answers guys!
As we all suspected before DMc arrived that any new manager would inherit a dressing room full (?) of agitators. We all know the scenario - idiots running the asylum etc. So perhaps Jody while getting all his coaching badges in readiness for a future appointment, is DMc's 'dressing room enforcer' ? A senior pro who has been there, seen it all and done it as well to make sure that such problems do not reoccur at City. Probably money well spent.
