Am i getting too excited?

  1. I've watched our last game vs Spurs 3 times now.

I keep on getting really excited about the football we're playing at the moment, and i also think that we still have Marveaux, Abeid and HBA to reach their potential yet, and it excites me even more.

I have a firm belief that we can finish 7th this season, and perhaps even worry Arsenal about 6th?

I know we're only a quarter of the way through the season, and i know that I'm probably getting my hopes up as usually when we start to do well, someone will get injured or suspended and we'll start doing ****.

Even though I'm excited, I'm also worried that I'm dreaming and this is all too good to be true. :S

The move below is one of our best goals so far, a great move, fantastic run by Jonas, fantastic run by Ba for the goal -

    So many great goals already.

Ba(1) v Blackburn, Jonas v Wolves, Sammy v Scunny, Raylor v Sunderland, Shola v Spurs.

I'm pretty excited too, but trying not to get too carried away. Remember the Mackems last year telling us how well they were going to do lol

  7. My biggest fear is a 15-20 mil bid for Tiote coming in January <yikes>

Honestly think we would reject it. Unless it was a Carroll type bid I think we wouldn't sell.

    This!

Regardless of where we are in the table, our first priority is safety...We're over a 3rd of the way there and only a little over a 5th of the way through the season. Once we're up to 40 points, then about securing a spot higher than last season, if/when that happens we set ourselves a new goal!

I agree (and desperately hope). We did reject bids of as high as 30 million for Carroll.

Bolton last season is the proof that we shouldn't get carried away with where we will finish.

If it from a London club, not sure Tiote would sign for the anyway. He said he would never want to live there

And Carroll last season is the reason you can never trust what a footballer says.

From the way Barton is going on, the temperatures in London are African-esque...

When we get to 20 games it will be a better indicator. But we can all enjoy our brilliant start and fully expect it to carry on v Wigan.

Haha, he is best mates with Drogba like. Maybe if we let him talk to Chelsea he would leave, but I have faith in him. Seems like a genuine lad!
