well, he isn't the experienced player we supposedly need, and he's a bit old to b an amazing prospoect, so not too bothered really
Alvarez deal looks to be going to Inter. Bolton have received no enquiries about Cahill. Hazard is staying at Lille. No Official bids have been made for Samba. Vertonghen wants to stay at Ajax. Moving like lightning as Always Arsene.
To be fair, Alvarez was never going to be a first team signing for us. I want him, as we need a player like that in the squad, but I'd rather have Mata. I don't want Samba or Cahill and Vertonghen is a gamble. Sakho, Mata, Falcao/Benzema, that's the kind of signing we should make.
I think Sakho's more of a gamble than Cahill or Samba. Also Mata would only be possible if Arshavin or Nasri leave has we have too many players fighting for that position as it is. I would love Benzema but I cant see Wenger splashing out the money required (despite admitting he would love to sign him). Im still hoping we DONT sign Gervinho and get someone Top Class in.
