Having now found a good stream I have "unfortunately" been able to watch our recent games and whist TV via the PC does not give you the full picture ( excuse the pun ) I feel that I am more able to comment whereas before I based my views on MOTD highlights 55 years supporting the lads through thick and thin and the views of Potts Sgt Smithers Ric and ONB etc who all obviously care about Stoke and whose views I therefore respect So where to start In no particular order 1 Pulis deserves credit for getting us to the Promised Land but his style of hopefully grindimg out results by sheer effort and dogged defending is reminiscent of the old Wimbledon and history shows etc 2 He keeps saying that he respects the fans but that is just lip service because he would not continue to set us up to play such garbage if he genuinely respected the hard earned money the fans pay especially for away games 3 He said recently in one interview we would never win the Prem but he will settle for survival and good cup runs 39 years history tells us we are not a cup run side and although I agree we will never win the league his lack of ambition in settling for survival shows his mentality and approach and may have more to do with his record of never having been relegated rather than really caring about Stoke 4 Having been given a fortune by PC why can we not actually play football Even Norwich and Swansea paeed the ball well at the weekend The answer has to be that his judgement on signings is useless Why spend a fortune on "strikers" and then expect them to just rely on hoof balls 5 MTA are supposed to be awesome at home so we could get a mullering on Thursday and I expect Bolton to do the same to us They desperately need a win and will pile forward against what is now a shaky defence 6 I could go on and on but my anger is turning to dejection as I type Potts very kindly offered to get me a ticket for the Britt but on current performane I do want the aggro and cost of flying over to watch such garbage for which Pulis must take the lions share of the blame SIS
S I S Very well put matie... agree with all of it. The offer of a ticket still stands.. but to be honest, much more of that garbage like Monday night, I may well leave before Pulis does. It's not good for the health. But, I know SPAIN is enjoy it matie. Hasta le Vista SIS
