It's a bitt too black and white JG

Overall things are moving in the right direction but the recent run of results losing 6 out of 7 is disappointing - though 5 of the defeats have been by one goal

    analysing the poll
of more than a dozen on here have made a fairly strong comment one way or another ( whether voting or not ) it does reflect just, that more posters on here believe all is not good, however the underlying tone is that at the present "everything is fine" .. the clock is ticking, with severe repercussions imminent if no improvement

That's what some said about Brexit.
They didn't/ couldn't accept the result.

Oh, hang on, you were on the other side then.

I'm frustrated with the selections - where is Moore and Engval if we need to score more up front and stop leaking goals at the back? Maybe they are not match fit? I have no idea why we don't play them.

I'm also frustrated by the apparent lack of energy/pace. In all the games I have seen so far this season (all televised games including Blackburn, plus Preston at AG) we have been 'pedestrian' - particularly off the ball. Perhaps LJ needs to remind players that they are easy to mark and predict when they are stood still.

Tomlin frustrates me - he is playing too deep for my liking and doesn't have the pace to sprint forward from midfield to support Tammy, who to be honest looks quite isolated and lonely up there on his own, until Wilbs comes on at 80 minutes when we are inevitably chasing the game. Has Tomlin been told by LJ to play deep? Maybe. Probably. Why, I wonder?

Despite all the above, it is correct to say we have not been stuffed in any of our games (simple maths really), and LJ has everything he needs in order to apply corrections right there in front of him - without even buying anyone in January.

I can tolerate a defeat, if lessons are being learnt and corrections applied to prevent a similar defeat, but I am not convinced that LJ recognises what is broke and needs to be fixed. He says that not a lot is wrong (which I actually agree with) but yet it continues to be wrong week in week out.

The clock is ticking and time is running out.

Who would you drop for Moore? Flint or Magnusson. Because play him RB is then playing him out of position and everyone shouts playing square pegs in round holes.

I think most on here have most others sussed in one way or another .. and I think you are resistive to not being right ..... ( interpretation for BCFC ROB :emoticon-0140-rofl: he doesn't like admitting he's wrong some of the time, but eventually will :emoticon-0140-rofl: HNY)

Good point ROD - I can't answer that. I was reacting to LJs comment about being too easy to score against and yet he has an England U21 defender on his books who never plays.

Not at all my friend...not even close and it's has nothing to do with being right or wrong. Just you going off on another tangent.
Redprintt was indicating I was a re-mainer, but hasn't got a clue what I voted and also hasn't a clue to where I shop either, poor old man, such a bad judgement of character, wow and he has the front to say SL's judgement is bad!!

Honestly thought from your comments pre 23/6 that you were a 'leaver', hence my comment.

It's a tough one that to play the three we revert to 3-5-2 which was Cotts downfall. The more I think about it I'm glad I ain't the manager.
