Not a fcuking chance in hell, if ever a player went backwards its him. I don't think he's good enough for Cardiff let alone us

I'd take him for free as backup but wouldn't pay. Simples.

Its not so much that he went backwards more to do with him having his leg snapped to pieces and being out for a year, it has been stop start for him since he came back and you have to wonder about that extra 5% that he seems to be missing, its that percentage that separates the good from the average and i think he will never reach the same level as before his injury, hopefully im wrong on that one,he did amazing to regain confidence at all but i think it left him mentally scared and he just aint reached the level everyone was hoping for.

If Cardiff go up,which looks likely this season, then i see him going back home for£7m and a helfty chunk of wages, nothing like having a local on the books to push the overdraft further into the red :)

I'd have him on one condition. Make him wear a number 27 shirt with Gower on it. I reckon our resident madman would get him then

If he cannot command a place in the Arsenal team why would he be good enough for us. This is not to say that under Laudrup he couldn't resurrect and fulfill his promise. I wouldn't pay much, if anything, when is he on a free.
