He may not get you playing the best football in the world (not the worst either) but one thing is for sure and thats when you get promoted you wont be looking back at the relegation zone again for as long as he is there. Look at what he did for Bolton, how much did the squad he got into Europe cost? he may have got sacked at Newcastle but would they have got relegated if he stayed on? i hardly think so and would you have gone down if you appointed him in January instead of now? He's perfect for you IMO
