I'd pay my season ticket just to watch the guy. He was the only bright spot last night. I'm concerned though. With the threat of losing Suarez and Lucas out long term, will L'pool try to poach him in January? I know the press rumours have been about 'arry but I suspect the red mob have the bigger purse. I really pray we stand our ground if any (either) of them come knocking on the door.
He's come a long way in the past couple of months. It wasn't long ago everyone here thought he was useless! In any case, it'll take an offer we can't refuse to take him off our hands in January. Add to that the fact that Liverpool already have one overpriced forward who doesn't score, and I can't see it happening.
