I'm glad Hull City managed to stumble over the line in 2nd place today, and I think over the season we've deserved it, but I really hope you can win the playoffs and join us and Cardiff in the Premier League. I loved Zola as a player, and I think he's a great up and coming manager. I know a lot has been said about the way Watford have exploited a loophole, but at the end of the day no rules have been broken. You finished 3rd on your own merit without having to rely on generous refereeing like those cheating tosspots at Palace who would have probably finished mid table if not for the 3000 penalties they've been gifted this season. Anyway, good luck and hopefully we'll see you next season.

Yes you must all be feeling down tonight but i have to say the season we went up we finished 3rd and felt it was justice that the top three went up that season, so although i am glad we are not in the play-offs i really hope you do it, good luck

Another day another dollar ( or Euro in our case!)
Cheers, and as we have all seen this season anything can happen.

Watford had a lot of bad luck on the final day. Both Leeds goals were defender/goalkeeper errors, they should have had a penalty, the goalkeeper injury on the pitch was a clear foul (not to mention the bad luck before the kick off). Leeds played well though - as a Hull fan I thought that was our best chance of going up! But we at least turned it on after some dire performances of late. But as always we did it the hard way: 2-1 up against 10 men and we are awarded a penalty. It's given to the last player I would have chosen - goalkeeper save and then Cardiff score from a penalty!

Best of luck in the play off's. You deserve to go up, too!
