Less than a fortnight left to go now of what has turned out to be a grueling season after all the hype about being one of the best squads in the Championship at the start of it. The summer transfer speculation has already started with more interest seeming to be focused on who we're going to get in rather than who might be going the other way.

Solskjaer ushered the season in with what seemed some decent acquisitions (Pilks, Le Fondre, Macheda, Fabio, Manga and Morrison) only to preside over a shambles on the selection front. A brief sojourn with Young and Gabbs was a farce, and then we got what Tan wanted - a bigger farce if that's possible with Slade.

Where do we go from here? After this lot we've just endured, there must be some positives coming out of the club rather than let it drift on as it is. It also needs to be pretty quick looking at the atrocious ST sales and not wait until everyone is back off the beach in July.

I don't want to sound like the Supporter's Trust, but it really is up to Tan to come out of hiding behind Dalman and Choo and go public on his intentions for next season.

Are we going to keep hold of the best we've got and add to them with some decent signings - we don't expect names right now - or are we just going to have to wait for snippets from the usual culprits at WOL and those who think they're ITK on another message board?

Come on Tan - open up and tell those who've stuck with the club through this dreadfully disappointing season just where we're going.

OS, the worst season for many a year. The lack of decent attacking football and lack of flair and pace and skill made for week after week of terrible spectacles.

The whole club needs a root and branch shake up. People with football knowledge are needed at administration level. The manager is just a glorified PE teacher. Young should be sent back to look after the youths.. Trollop is the only man with some idea. A new manager with a whole pre season is needed, and given some money.

As for the players, there is no cohesion, no strategy, no consistency, and a distinct lack of quality.

I have renewed as it is so bedded into my very being, but if I was a floater then no way would I even bother.

The club really should send out some truthful message to the fans as to its aspirations and ideals.

I think they will have to make some sort of announcement, as according to Lord Annis the club has only sold a few thousand season tickets for next year. Did anyone else hear the interview after the Millwall match on BBC Wales. Personally i think we will sell about 10k in season tickets, however if a positive statement comes from the club this would increase significantly overnight. I will renew but not just yet.

This season and TBH last season has been a comedy of errors . One mistake after another, it started the day we got promoted .
None of us could see the wood for the trees , we were all on an high , not realising our team needed a complete rebuild , Malky was like a kid in a sweet shop spending money like it was going out of fashion.
Ole was even worse , he went for the get as many in as you can system .
Then we have Slade he had all the gear but no idea , got rid of all the high earners under orders , and the ones who only signed because it was for Ole .Then he was left with virtually the same eleven every game too scared to change or risk anything . If we start like this next season , there will be less there than the Colchester game.
I honestly have no idea what Tan wants to do next , we'll he probably wants to sell , but like the guy who has spent a fortune on his house and it's worth the same as the one next door ,he'll never get his money back .
Unless something drastic is done ,like get someone in who knows how to coach and manage and get some attractive winning football or just winning football, to get us as supporters coming back to fill all those empty seats and get Tan a successful team that he has a chance of selling , I think he will lose interest if he already hasn't , and forget about us , if nothings done we will end up doing a pompey . Blue and division two .
sorry I rambled but that's what I feel , we're just floating from one mistake to another.

Slade has to go as soon as the season ends.

If hes replaced with someone decent we may have a pick up on ST sales.

As it stands I reckon sales will be between 4-5000.

City's demise IMO probably is due to the naïve and amateur manner in which the football club is run. There is nobody there in the board room or in an executive/administration role who has much idea on how to run the football side of the business.

Getting promoted should have seen a complete overhaul of the behind the scenes management of the club.

Looking back at the disastrous PL season, the demise was so self inflicted. Nobody seemed to have any control over the money splashed about by Tan. the rebrand issue was old news by then, we all suffered it when wee went up but it was used by the fans as a stick to beat Tan. Then to cap it all, we had the ridiculous decision made to replace Mackay with a novice. That was absolutely crazy. Even with hindsight it was never going to succeed.

Until there is a complete change in the way the football side of the business is run, this club will go backwards and deeper into the mire. Tan won't sell as nobody will pay him what he has put in, so he needs to tell the fans what the future hols for us fans, and the sooner the better.

Completely agree about the lack of "football" leadership at the club. Practically every club needs money and to be fair Tan provided that in spades, but it needs a hands on approach from someone who knows what they are doing with it.

My concern is that of Tan comes out in honestly with his real plans for next season, the projected ST sales will slump even further.

Never mind the leadership, there is no football at our club.

Can't wait for the season to end. Why am I driving all that way for the crap that will be served up again.

For the first summer ever I will not be counting down the weeks to the new season.

Thank god the season ends tomorrow, well at home at least. 6 goals we've seen at home in 2015.

The way the club is being run reminded me of a parable I was told many years ago in my early days of project management. Seems to hold true for the footballing side of the Bluebirds. It's a bit long, but bear with it.

In the beginning was the plan.
    And then came the assumptions.
And the assumptions were without form.
And the plan was without substance.
And darkness was upon the face of the workers.
And they spoke among themselves saying,
"It is a crock of **** and it stinketh."
And the workers went unto their supervisors and said,
"It is a pale of dung and none may abide the odor thereof."
And the supervisor went unto their managers and said,
"It is a container of excrement and it is very strong, such that none may abide by it."
And the managers went unto their directors, saying,
"It is a vessel of fertilizer, and none may abide its strength."
And the directors spoke among themselves, saying to one another,
"It contains that which aids plant growth and it is very strong."
And the directors went unto the vice presidents, saying unto them,
"It promotes growth and is very powerful."
And the vice presidents went unto the president, saying unto him,
"The new plan will promote the growth and vigor of the company, with powerful effects."
And the president looked upon the plan and saw that it was good.
    And the plan became policy.

    This is how **** happens
