Yes, after losing the first set, then dominating the second, third and beginning of the fourth our Andy faltered a little forcing a tie-break, looking like it would go to a five-setter Andy finally polishes off Berdych. This is a new, different Andy Murray, his partnership with Lenyl is visibly coming to fruitation this year. Andy has belief, even when he is losing he still knows he can come back into the match to take it. He is confident and at times looks like he swaggers his way around the court. So then, who will he play in the final Ferrer or Djokovic? My money is on the latter but then that means nothing. I'm not even going to try tempting fate by predicting the overall winner. C'mon Murray!!!
Great to see Alex Ferguson and Sean Connery both at the US open to support Scotland's finest, now that's what I call support, come on Murray
Apparently Sean Connery and Alex Ferguson gate crashed Murrays press conference haha what legends. http://uk.news.yahoo.com/murray-gets-us-open-boost-connery-sir-alex-215500096.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9_16IIjv-0&feature=youtu.be
Brilliant match! It was a great performance and a real advantage to have an extra day off! Come on Andy!
It was weird how Berdych seemed to give up, then he came back again and for a brief moment looked as though he might win it, given how the tie break was going.
Really can't see him beating Djokovic, unbeaten since 2010 on a hard court in a slam! For getting to the final, Murray hasn't really been playing his best tennis and Nole was immense v Ferrer last night. It's a big ask
But not too big! Sensational tennis, one of the great matches, Andy was brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!! I kept this page up all the way through the last set.
Unbelievable, longest 5 hours of my life, some amazing points, thank you andy murray on behalf of Scotland and the UK, your now officially a legend.

To me he's still a bit of a petty minded little Scotch berk like all Scots wanting England to lose at everything but I do have a bit more respect for him as a man after this. He was asked on CNN what he's prefer, world number one or Wimbledon and he chose the latter so the English venue is obviously more important to him than he'd have us English believe. I just wish that you Scots would become more international and drop this petty minded obsession that you have with England,we do not share it with you or it's not reciprocal ok. Well done the wee Scot but I as an Englishman do not share in the credit, for me it's a Scotch victory and not a British one.
I believe Scotland forms part of Great Britain at least for now anyway, Andy won it for Scotland first, Great Britain second - simple as. I don't believe that he has a problem with England or the English, if I thought he did I wouldn't support him either, he has himself denied this stating he has English friends and an English gf. Everyone has a right to an opinion but comments such as the above do not help.
Who gives a **** where he's from, I wanted Henman to win Wimbledon as much as Murray, and I wanted Rusedski to win Wimbledon as much as Murray and Rusedski's a Anglo-Polish-Canadian!!
He won Gold at the Olympics for Team Great Britain! He gave everything to get that Gold(No money whatsoever) played it for his pride and his nations pride. Well done Andy, Olympic Champion and now US Open Champion!
Andy's homecoming: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-tayside-central-19610677 I thought it was lovely how he allowed a couple of children to try on his medals lol
