To be perfectly honest City hammered us tonight and deserved the win. They played with far more heart and had a will to win that we simply lack. Realistically the league is theirs and I can not see them being stopped. As a mancunian I have quite a few blue mates, so I dont begrudge them their success, as much as I hate them possible winning the league I think that they deserve it. The battle is not over, but is all in their hands now. Well done City
You dont, you all blame ****ing formations, like that matters. You blame fergie, you miss the shining point that our players are not cut out to fight it out. Our "general" is michael ****ing carrick
yeah it is called hanging on. Every 50-50 was one by them, every instance where battle was needed we lacked. We need to look at what we have become
100% correct and i say if they win the league they deserve it more than us, I was embarassed watching us tonight
They created chances because of 50-50 in the middle!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is why we had no shots on target Have you ever even played football
I don't agree with you at all. We lost one nil. That's all. The team carried a passenger in Park for the first hour, we had a good opening five minutes and after that he was ****ed, he may as well have just sat down in the centre circle. I don't blame him by the way, even though he is patently ****, I blame Fergie for picking him. Apart from that obvious numeric disadvantage, we weren't as bad as you claim. It is not Carricks fault the two blokes either side of him are thirty ****ing seven each.
I agree with you a bit. I agree that we shouldnt have too olderp layers in the team, it comes down to buying which we havent done. For me Carrick and the likes of him are not good enough. Carrick got away with it when we were decent and had ronaldo but now he is thrust into the spotlight more and is not good enough, never rated him at all. I agree with park he is ****, but what are we to do. My point from this still stands the PLAYERS are not good enough to dominate
Agree with cleverley, I think he is a great young talent, I would pair him with a world class midfielder next year
Truth is, he isnt going to!!! He will stick with wood legs carrick and rely on cleverley becoming half decent, might even chance it on young iron feet pogba
Hurts to say it but well done City.We had 0 shots on target which says it all really.Lost it last week at Everton.Hoping that the Barcodes will get something next week but not counting on it.
Big man, thanks for your comments, as a fellow Mancunian I know how hard it is to admit being outplayed in these games, the league is far from over though! Tonights game is the first time since our Bell, Lee, Summerbee days that I felt confident of winning and that was only after seeing your line up, regardless of what he said Fergie picked a team for a draw and although you frustrated us, after about 20mins I was confident you were not going to score unless you made changes and they came to late, also Rooney berating the ref every 5min is usually a good sign for the opposition, Cheers
Bottom line. City had to win and of course attack. United needed to at least draw. Should they have been defensive nevertheless? No. Wrong formation and wrong line up. City didn't have to play well. United were crap.
