On a negative side.....if we have to remain in this division again.....hope not but I`ve been a city supporter for too long, we could see the likes Of Wolverhampton, Blackburn and Bolton, and lose the likes of biggies like Nottingham Forest, Coventry and Ipswich. Wigan look a good shout though. On a positive side, we have played 27 league games with four losses, never have we had a side so difficult to beat. I dare say that we could have beaten West Bromwich Albion in the cup. I sense that all those changes disrupted us a bit, after a convincing win against Reading. Luck went our way yesterday, after another must win/should win game nearly cost us dear, following on from Doncaster. I believe our strongest side must be played Tuesday to include Conway, and is Earnshaw being pushed out? My grandson who is aLiverpool supporter, arn`t they all at that age, has demanded that I take him to the cup final should we get through, but after their poor showing against Bolton, I sense it will be Manchester City, to beat us that day.
Liverpool fan? No, at that age they are mostly Manc scum, you only have to look at any group of yougsters - I blame the dads. Kids like success, and want to bask in the reflected glory - otherwise they'd all have Hartlepool or Plymouth shirts. It's the age we live in unfortuantely.
Palace made 9 changes for the team on Saturday confirming they consider promotion unlikely and are putting all their eggs in the cup, I really hope we make them regret doing so after all if they HAD won on Saturday they would have only been 3pts from play off positions
