Right Sided Defender who we're apparently signing for 400K either today or tomorrow. He's at the club today discussing terms. He's 6ft 1 and and 20 years of age and has represented Slovenia at under 21 level. currently playing alongside Former blue Amir Karic. Mainly a Right Back but can also play centre half and right midfield. Sounds like a pretty ideal signing. Young and adaptable Thoughts?

That's actually the first time I've been excited by one of those YouTube compilation. I'm surprised that a teammate of Amir Karic is coming anywhere near Ipswich. My concern would be the positions he gets himself in for a defender, almost like David Luiz - you don't get as much time as that in the Championship.
By all accounts he plays Right Back or Right Midfield. He could well have been given the license to go marauding forward. But I must admit, for a relatively small fee he could be a stellar signing
Seems to have a bit of pace and strength and good vision. Could be good - interested to see where PJ intends to play him.......

Apparently he can play CB aswell.
The guy looks amazing from the youtube clips but they don't give an impression of how consistent he is or how good positionally he is in defence. Hard to imagine him playing at CB being so good on the ball. Really hope this siging comes off.
ptc in all seriousness; those are just good honest Championship level goals albeit ones Priskin for some reason couldn't score for Town. This Slovenian lad looks different class.

Never heard of him, so its really difficult to make a call on this. Anyone can look good on you-tube so I wouldnt read too much into that. He could be as good as Fabian or as bad as Karic/Baltacha. You just dont know. If he comes, I will get behind him 100%.
