Just a quick one - Alexis scored two goals last night and had a belter of a match for Chile. I believe he scored last week for Chile also, bringing his tally to 9 goals in 5 games. His goals from last night - He's on fire (again)!
What a guy - he's our very own Ace Rimmer! It's amazing to think how good his form is, considering how little rest he's had since he won the Copa!
Also interesting to note that Alexis rediscovered his form once Giroud was dropped for Walcott, because a guy like Sanchez needs to play alongside a mobile CF. Last season, he was at his best when we had Welbeck as our CF, and he has a brilliant relationship with Eduardo Vargas for Chile, and now him and Walcott are forming a deadly duo, basically Giroud needs to stay on the bench.
I second that. Time for us to return to old ways rather than having the big man up top strategy. Hopefully Walcott can continue his form and make the CF position his own.
Iwobi should be brought in to play some games. He's the closest thing to Welbeck (Theo-Giroud hybrid). Quick, big and strong.
Not sure if it's true or not, but there was some quotes from Sanchez's ex about him not being interested in sex with her because he was scared about getting injured and how he would basically just ignore her when any games were on TV.
Be interested to see how many goals he can get if he stays fully fit all Season. 25 last time round - Im thinking he is capable of 30-35 even from a wide position which is pretty incredible when you think about it.
