Good on Regan. Why the hell should he apologise for the mismanagement and corruption associated with SDM and later Craig Whyte?

Exactly. Scottish Football has nothing to apologise for or feel ashamed about. The blame and the shame falls directly at the feet of Glasgow Rangers

    I just watched it there.

I think the SFA do have something to apologise for. Their procedures have been shown to be completely inadequate.

"Learning points" is corporate speak for "we ****ed up and we are going to do something about it". In fairness to Regan, he has come into an absolute ****storm and it has been since the day and hour he walked in the door. Revamping that **** is probably a good bit down his "To do" list.

Conventional wisdom is that governance issues are more likely to present themselves at the bottom of the tree rather than near the top. in that sense, Rangers should be low risk (in terms of governance} but for the SFA procedures/Risk assessment to have thrown up NOTHING for a club in such a state of disrepair is a huge failure on the part of the SFA and completely negligent. (But like I say, none of that is Regans fault).
