Yes it has nothing to do with us

But do you think that Arsenal have been well and truly robbed ?

Supposed fee of £12 million which if you ask me is obscene considering his age

Yes prices of players recently have been unbelievably high, but even still !

you seen him play much though?? obviously it was only in league one but he looks pretty handy, and if henderson is worth £20m, this lad's not too far off him imo

It must be so infuriating being an Arsenal fan right now. Sure the lad has potential but they need man not boys. Wenger shoud have been sacked at the end of last season. His stubborness and the boards sentiment toward him are holding the club back. Everyone knows they are desperate for a proper goalkeeper and a commnding centre half. Why didn't they go for Shay Given and why arent they going for Samba and or Cahill? They are also lopsided and have no left side, even less so now that Clichy has gone although Gibbs is a talent. Downing and Young both moved clubs this summer yet Arsenal were nowhere to be seen, Chares Nzogbia would have also been a good buy for them. Wengers prophecy is becoming almost as ridiculous as Scientology. They need some mettle and attitude. Bellamy and Barton would be great for them and would shake them up summit rotten. However they arent puppets so there's no chance of the pupper master changing his philosophy for those two.

£12mil for a league 1 player who has undoubted potential but still surely won't make too much of an impact yet when they could've spent that money on Gary Cahill who has premiership experience, still young and will one day be an England regular in the not too distant future as well as playing in a position that Arsenal desperately need to strengthen. Madness!

Also on the subject of Wenger do you think his time is up? Arsenal have a team that with a top goalkeeper, centre back and battling midfielder could win the league! Seriously the amount of points they dropped thanks to their trio of keepers was unreal last year and yet Wenger doesn't bother going for Shay Given or Brad Friedel who both moved on in the summer for relatively low fees. Van Persie too is one of the best strikers in the world IMO just a shame he's injury prone but why hasn't Wenger got a backup to him rather than Bendtner? His stubbornness means Arsenal haven't got a chance of a trophy anytime soon...

I agree he will probably turn out to be worth it in the long run but ALL Arsenal's signings are for the long run and they just never sign players for the present, Gunners fans have been fed the youth crap for years now and they still havnt won anything, must be frustrating
