Only saw the highlights last night, he looks fantastic. And as I said, needs to be playing in the Prem.
If Gervinho or Walcott pick up an injury (hopefuly they don't!) then he will get alot more action. There is no way he is gonna go out on loan imo.
Nah he is ready for the first team. He is definitely ready, he looks really hungry to win whenever he plays and is willing to commit players all the time. Basically i think that him being there is the reason that walcott's performances had picked up, regardless i think that oxo will be ahead of walcott come the end of the season. He isn't a youth team player just coming through, he has chad first team experience at southampton and is ready to step right into our team.
There is no way Oxo is gonna overtake Walcott in the starting line-up. Walcott has become a very good player and deserves his starting spot. But oxo will get some more game time this season for sure.
You lot better be appreciating Oxo, he is seriously good. Although sending him to QPR would be good as he would be keeping Jason Puncheon out of their team, the irony would be delicious.
I think a solution for our need for another CF could be to play OXO on the right and Walcott up front through the middle.
@jayram TV has been back for only a handful of games so far and don't think we can judge whether he is shooting as much - maybe he isn't gettign the ball in the same positions? Arshavin still has a deadly shot on him - check last season some of his goals where fantastic and this season he hasn't really been given the chance. Rosicky used to have a fantastic shot and he still likes to have a go but seems to have lost his touch so i'll agree with that one.
Oxo is going to be first rate. He's even better than i thought he was going to be his delivery is already top notch.
Sorry i dont see that happening..Wenger will definitely keep AOC in the team after watching his brilliant display against Man city. I have argued so many times on this forum that AOC is ready for the first team and should be given a fair chance to prove himself in the first team or at least as a Sub.. He has a lot to offer the team, his direct style of play would really help us in breaking teams down. Ryo on the other hand is also a good winger but is currently injured and wenger might be willing to loan him out to an EPL club just for him to get used to the pace of the games in the league, just like he did with wilshere. Futures bright for us i'd say..
