Quite surprised nobody's picked up on him being called up to the England squad, never thought he was that great on loan to us, but Reading would probably be much worse off, he's pulled off some spectacular saves. I suppose with the amount of loan players we've had, one of them was always going to get called up at some point. My money's on Aaron McLean next! Talking of goalies, we're being linked with Lee Camp again, personally I feel he would be a good signing and competition for Loach, although the fact that he chose Norwich, although unsurprising wouldn't sit well with Town fans to begin with.
He wasn't with us for long was he?! I seem to remember him being dodgy to begin with but put in some good performances in the end.. Couldn't kick a ball straight to save his life though! It was reminiscent of Andy Marshall My lasting memory will be when Sonko put in a 'game changing' performance away at Leeds & McCarthy was sent off for catching his header from 2 yards away but 30 yards from goal :doh: To this day I don't know how they (especially Sonko) were never investigated for match fixing that day, such was Sonko's impact in gifting Leeds the win
