The two latest stars from the Academy.

I love watching these two lads play, and develop game on game. You can see that they both have the natural talent to go on to have top careers, both hopefully with us under ESI.

Morgan is the string puller in the midfield, with a lofted wedge of a passing technique. Doughty has the rocket- burner pace that all defenders late. He had the Fulham left back on toast last night.

Albie Morgan has clearly learned from Bowyer, and worked on the defensive side of his game, I've not seen him work so hard as last night. Alfie's final pass is usually better than last night, otherwise we could have nicked it.

I thought Albie was poor last night. Alfie needs to improve the final pass, shot. His crossing needs some work.

Bowyer did say he was reviewing the striker situation, so I take that to mean that he may keep Davison if Hemed doesn't improve and Bonne's injury takes longer to heal than expected. Maybe the loans have to be non-league according to the rules.

As Bow said, better than the U-23's. Hopefully will be a top non-league club.

Will wait and see what Smith is like, but can't shake the feeling that I'd rather develop Morgan than a Man City player, especially if he's mediocre.

Realistically Morgan won't feature much for us this season. Maybe next when the loanees go back, but we've got a lot of mids now, especially with Field nearly ready.

True, excluding Smith we probably have 7 or so fighting for 4 spots.

3 spots if you assume Cullen starts every game.

Two spots if you assume that Cullen & Pratley start every game <ok> …. and then there's Williams!

The vultures will pick our bones whether we stay up or not.
No owner, no budget, no staduim, no training ground - maybe soon no manager.

RD has shown his true colours at last.
I hope he feels pleased with himself now, the hated old bastard.
