    A great player and a thoroughly nice guy - I'll be wishing him the best of luck when he's playing in the Premiership next season.

    I agree Nick. Can't see him in a city shirt next season even if we are in the championship. Deserves to be in the premiership and at 25 he's now entering his prime so will want to be in the best league in the world

    Yep - obviously, Swansea have been linked a lot, but I could also easily imagine someone like Fulham or Wigan becoming interested. How far could he go though do you think? Would it be absurd to see him at least linked with a move to someone like Liverpool or Newcastle in 2/3 years time?

    Theres no doubt he can make a name for himself in the prem but I think someone like Fulham/Aston Villa is about as far as he could go. Maybe he might go further but I doubt it. Would be great to see him in the prem week in week out, Just a shame it will never be with us :(

    He would fit in well with any of the teams currently 5th to 10th in the prem..add on another £250k for every goal scores
