He clearly has little if any commitment to stay at City so sell him now and move on.

If he is to go, then so be it, but I pray the board do not get greedy and stupid again like they did over Maynard, turning down 5-6 Million pound bids when we all KNEW his head had been turned and he was never going to re-sign and then was sold for peantus in Jan. That was truly awful business from our board, they now have a player under contract and under no oblgation to sell, so lets try to get at least 3 mil cash plus a sell on clause or a player plus cash deal. We hold the upper hand here for once, just hope the board can see that, although I doubt it.

I think more footballing common sense will prevail with DM in charge of the negotiations and the right move made by the club. 3 million plus some kind of after the fact clause to further our bank balance would make the most sense but let's leave those decisions to the people in charge.

The sale money then needs to be re-invested to strengthen our squad for what will be a difficult season, based on the teams that will be major forces in the Campionship during 2012/13. Looking forward to our new look and how we will compete.
