As I understand it, AJ is claiming that Whyte hasn't met his obligations so the takeover is null and void. What I don't understand is where that leaves us. SDM has washed his hands of us and doesn't want us back.
Whyte has his money....does this statement make any great deal of difference? Whyte took advantage of you, that's all Ironside has no money left and is glad to be rid of you No Surrender was part of the group of crooks who oversaw your massive debts and ebts Dump the arrogance and get the buckets out to save your club.....go see what the "peepil" think of you God won't help you... ...he's a tim
I think it's saying that since Whyte has failed to meet the objectives he stated in the takeover, Whyte debt to the club becomes zero. He would lose his primary creditor status because Rangers wouldn't owe him a penny. At the end of all this he might end up being tens of millions in debt to Lloyds and Ticketus. Control of Rangers could pass back to Murray and be free of the debt, since Lloyds would be chasing Whyte personally. If Murray didn't want the club back it could be sold by the administrators to the highest bidder.
I'd love to be walking down the street one day and seeing a big bug eyed **** in a tatty suit begging for my loose change
