Just watched it on BBC iPlayer - had forgotten it was on, thanks for the reminder. So it turns out that Alan Sugar is to blame for a number of things - like phoning BSKYB to make sure they got the monopoly tv rights. And as for his business plan - what an *rse he is. Everything he suggested I have heard so many times from fans/supporters - all he did was take everything already spoken/written about by others and turn it into an "Alan Sugar comes up with a plan". Plus - didn't David James come up with the idea of putting money into a fund (although his idea was for future grass roots development) in one of his recent Observer blogs. Seems that Pompey has done the game a bit of a favour although 54 clubs having gone into administration since the formation of the premier league should have set the FA alarm bells ringing and got some action going a long time ago. Mind you having said all that I thought it was quite a good programme.
