    I genuinely hope he does well, hopefully he'll win the title in his first season, playing attacking, free flowing, inventive football with a squad built on a budget. Then we have a back up if Deila goes pear shaped.

    Seriously though I hope he is a success, he deserves it, nice guy.

    Even relatively speaking, would 3rd place in the Championship be a success?

    The way I see it, one of Hearts, Rangers and Hibs aren't going to be promoted at least.

    Basically, that team fails.
