    1) It depends on who he defines as big, he did bring Tevez and Mascherano to the premier league after all but then again he doesn't have the funds to do that... well, you know.

    2) Why should we believe anything this guy says? Promising to make deals for Barton, Nolan and Enrique with no deals made, our captain leaving and others slagging off the club on Twitter. £35m would be spent. No it hasn't, and ever will be. And 'this' big player... if you believe him.

    This. But, he does annoy alot of people with his constant wittering on and on about signing players, and player signing contracts. So when they do eventually fail to come into fruition, he makes himself look like a muppet. He should just keep his move shut.

    when he signed Tevez and Mascherano no one had heard of them so hoping some of his signings so far will turn out to be as good as for the big signing not getting my hopes up as i think it'll be Erdinc

    Disagree that nobody had heard of them. But then saying that, i'm fairly sure they weren't actually his signings, they were made by the board. He also didn't play either of them for half the season, which is utter madness.

    Forgive me if I'm wrong but weren't all 3 offered new deals but turned them down THEN slagged the club off on twitter. Enrique has been offered a new deal but wants more money, Nolan was offered a new deal but turned it down because he wanted one last big pay day. How these are Pardew's fault is beyond me.
