With all this stability and building for the future, does anyone think it's possible that one day we will have players like macca spending their whole careers with the R's again, coming up through the youth set up and racking up 400-500 appearances? Or does modern football with bosman frees, agents, greed, squad rotation and a new manager every week mean that'll never happen again?

I would like to think so with the new set up but maybe in another 15 years we may know.

If you have a look at this list you may be able to see what we have to catch up with: here's the story so far regarding imports not to say of course that we may get in some young stars from other countries ... the structure has to be in place and TF is doing that for the long term

the structure has to be in place and TF is doing that for the long term IMO ... The club therefore has to become a global brand and magnet and IMO we are on our way
