OK, I know he played for the YSB's, but I have to admit he was a class act as a player. During his time on the Beeb, I found him to be a genuine pundit, and whilst some United fans despised his pro Liverpool attitude, I found him to be honest.

Many times he praised United, and at times told it exactly how it was with Liverpool. Lawrenson was the opposite, and was Anti United.

    Anyone share my opinion?

Totally agree with your comments regarding Hansen, you'll find that while Hansen is still made welcome at LFC despite his honest and constructive criticism of the club Lawrenson is not liked by us for his bitter and snide off the cuff remarks about the club, he's as much anti-lfc as he is anti-utd.
Lawrenson must be well in at the beeb though, he's a pundit and co commentator on tv and a co commentater on radio5 and also does work for their website, yet they haven't made the scruffy **** get a haircut and a facelift or even a shave.
