Last Man standing when everyone above him weakened . Led for a tough 7 game schedule before handing off a pretty confident group to Guidolin . Was at least in the middle of everything after that to get us to where we are today . I'm sure Guidolin has more than thanked him in private . Hope Jenkin's and the board do also , one way or another . Well done to Coach Curtis and his staff , for connecting the team to Guidolin .
I agree. Curtis did remarkably well and by all accounts Guidolin left everything up to him when he was recovering in hospital. As I recall we had some great results during that period too. We owe our survival, at least in part, to Curtis.
Curtis is Mr Swansea and always will be. In his younger days he did what any player does and tries his luck elsewhere like leeds and those up the road but he left his heart at the vetch knowing he would be back to the only club he truly loves.......One of the stands has to be named after him as a fitting tribute to the No1 legend....
