AJ, whose current injury may keep him out for 4 weeks, remains unsure about his future at Fulham. The club have offered him the new 2year contract he wants but not on improved terms. Indeed reports are that the offer may involve a wage cut. AJ is not happy apparently. For the record, of the 137 premier games he could have played in, AJ has appeared in 80 and scored 13 goals.
The guy really is a grade A ****. Firstly he had the cheek to demand a two year contract, despite not having played the majority of games in the past few seasons, with goals few and far between, then he scuppers our chances of signing Rodallega in an exchange deal with Wigan and now he's demanding IMPROVED TERMS on his already farcical contract. Jol cut your losses and cut him loose.
Apparently he'll be earning less than the £33k a week he is already on, which was reduced to £33k the last time his contract was renewed. Nice avatar Bandit, just noticed it.
At last more FFC fans are coming to my views on this under performing. waste of space. Incidentally the offer is reputed to be 30k per week 3+million,FULHAM,get a grip of this situation and dont be held to ransom
Waste of money if you ask me. Let him get out. For someone who has played less 2/3 of the games with a goal scoring record who is at least pathetic. Jol you have our support. Let him out and sign 2 youngsters in his place... Will not complain if you stop playing either. Give a chance to players who want to be around.
He's got to go. It's business after all. Alex Ferguson would get rid of him in a heart beat! However, I do like him. He runs his heart out and is defo a team player. It was unfortunate he had that injury early in his FFC career.
To be fair Craving he had the injury in his second season with us, he played the majority of games in his first season getting a total of eight goals in the PL. His job is to score goals and it is quite an understatement to say that he has underwhelmed. If a defender ran his heart out but was unable to prevent goals being conceded, he would be shipped out, simple as.
