Reet now that has the otters attention, all hoping fir a bloodied anus pics.

AJ is just an example for yet another totally random and ****e thread.

Firstly the boring as **** bit.

Football players. How are they paid i.e weekly, monthly.?

What rate of rax do they pay, and does it have to be paid into a UK account.

Sponsorship deals, are they also accountable under the same terms, or is there a lot of dodgy deals going in?

    Reet enough if that ****e.

AJ (just for example) 60k A WEEK. Even after taxes etc. Say 30k a week spending money.

    What do you do?

You have your nice house, nice cars etc. Now whar?

You cant just **** iff in holiday as you still have to train, work each day.

    Save, invest. Invest in what?

30k a week spare money. Lets spend it in whar?

Heard some get paid quarterly, like Beckham when he was abroad.
Loads of loopholes for escaping paying full tax, like dumping it in a pension fund etc.
What would i do with that cash, i think i would like to help some charity out, sponsor some young athlete who cant get any backing and generally make some of the spare money do some good.

Boredom is the big enemy, especially in the afternoons. Too much time off at a time when most people are at work so everywhere is dead is a big problem. I can't imagine a lot of them lads having a leisurely walk around the museum or art gallery, can you? Or reading a book? One of the few places where they can go for a bit of action with a few mates is the bookies, and we do hear about a lot of that. Two other options are golf and drink. But there aren't many.

    1. golf bit sounds great. read books, bit volunteer work, learn a language or 3. raise a family. some investment, go sailing. build a house or 5.

    2. alternatively, get smashed and shag loads of fit slags.

    3. or get done for being a nonce and get your arsehole reconfigured in the most unpleasant way

I'd start off with No 2, realise the error of my ways and adopt strategy 1.

Option 2 is the way to go.

Think Peter Reid encouraged this lifestyle and worked well for a short time.

I'd probably just break my neck trying to get richer. Investments, property etc.

I'd eat out, every night, because I hate cooking, I'd collect expensive watches and classic cars and in my time off footy, I'd travel whilst my body was at it's peak.

There's no way I'd be handing it over to some mug lawyer who's on the board of a charity so he can go and stay in Burj Khalifa with his family twice a month.

The first thing I'd buy is a petrol guzzling monster of a car, probably a V-12 that does 0.3 miles to the gallon, then use it to run over endangered species.

Why not? They're no use nor ornament, standing watching and 'earwigging' on people's conversations, nosey bastards, splat.

To some golf sounds quite boring but to some once they have played they are hooked.
I certainly would be out golfing as much as i could if i was a pro footballer earning a good salary.
Im already out as much as i can even on a ****e wage....when the boss lets me :emoticon-0106-cryin
