Anybody else likely to be affected? We're flying to Manchester on 23rd..

Swissport and UNITE are to sit down Tuesday so hopefully i will be resolved.. I don't think they can afford to let this happen over Christmas

I might well be
Flying to New York Boxing Day to New Years Eve
BA baggage handlers are on strike, and I booked through them although I'm actually on American Airlines

Not much we can do about it though, and as a trades unionist who has been on strike myself I'm not going to moan about it. Hopefully it gets sorted and the workers who keep the companies able to post huge profits get what they need

Good attitude to have. There's been a lot of spiteful ****e on social media and comments sections in newspaper articles about BA staff. I mean, they earn £1000 a month for working incredibly long shifts and British Airway are estimated to make £2.24bn. Some people have the attitude that worker's rights should be discarded for some whenever it poses an inconvenience to them. The whole point of a strike is to be inconvenient; if it wasn't nothing would change.

I got an E-mail overnight asking If I had been party to a cancelled flight for 3 hours or more or a cancelled flight in the past 6years. Compensation waiting. Jackals.

Does the Sleigh/Sled - Reindeer require Tower Clearance. ?

Think On. Potentially keeping Aero plane ✈ 's out of the Sky, Is obviously only about making the Airspace available for Santa Claus.

What about Santa's baggage handlers, are they bound by Union rules.?
