Friday night fitba ? I quite like the idea . Got a ticket for this and this will be my first game of the season . Got to say , I've missed going to matches . Hurry up with this EGM ffs . Looking forward to seeing some free flowing football on the plastic pitch (ever the optimist me ) . Think Daly will be taking a powder and Clark will get a run out in his auld fellas hometown . Cribaby is a doubt because Ally says he doesn't want to risk his recovery playing on astroturf (showing my age there) shame that . So big jig at the back probably . Lets see Little and Clark play up front together . I will not be happy if he goes with a lone striker 4 4 2 will do me Diamonds aftet the match is almost a certainty
-Unfortunately I won't see the game at all tomorrow. I agree with you in that I would like to see Clark up front. I think he will continue with Daly though as it's a potentially harder game than East Fife at home. After that we can finally play our proper team. I'm looking forward to that.
I had the chance of tickets for this but £17 was too much for me. The Krauts must scoff on their bratwurst when they here what we ****s pay for SPFL1 (3rd tier) games.
they get season tickets for the european champions for about 4 gingey boatles £17 for one ticket or adult + child?

I've taken the moral stance that the most I'll pay is £15. I say that is fair value, especially when you go there and you need to buy their ****ey pies and hotdogs and £4/5/6...
I played on that pitch last Sunday for a charity match - it's a nice enough surface - second best 4G park I've played on (best was Lennoxtown) and a decent wee stadium. It was a nice place to play your football One thing - my team were in the away dressing room so I was using the same dressing room the Rangers players will be using tonight and, no ****ting, they're nice big dressing rooms but (and I can't speak for the home one) the lockers need a pound in them as a deposit Good luck getting any refreshments - not sure about the other stands but in the main stand there is only one place to get food/drink and it's technically inside the reception bit - the queues were murder apparently even for a ****ty charity match with less than 200 spectators. The bar didn't have any draft either ****ing £3 for a post-match can of Tennent's
Is it not the cooncil that owns it and it's avaliable to the public ? That would explain the lockers I don't think I'll be indulging in any refreshments during the game . Before and after ......well that's another story . I feel this may very well be a sesh of epic proportions . I don't think 17 quid is too bad . Paid more than that at some places last season . Ffs Rangers were charging more than that last season .
There was a guy who locked the doors whilst we were playing. It was only £275 for us to hire it out for an afternoon. Didnae get any discount cos it was for charity Plus, they charged us £2 a head for stewarding everyone that attended - tickets for the game were only £3 so that came out of the other charity money we'd raised. The "tunnel" is a disappointment - come out the changing room, there's a red door and you're basically on the touchline. It is a good pitch for knocking it about, though - it'll suit teams playing football on the deck. One thing, though, last week, it rained during half time and the difference in that surface after a wee bit of rain was night and day. First ten minutes of the second half was well scrappy.
£275 is excellent for those facilities . There's a 4G pitch near me and it £180 . Thing is though it's the same effing council that runs both . Sadly I have never played on a 4G pitch . Played on plenty astroturf pitches when they first came out though . Murder so they were . Better off playing on the blaize pitches they were that bad . Hopefully we will see some passing football from Rangers tonight . I don't understand this ****e from both OF clubs when it comes to playing on these pitches . Both have their own and train on them on a regular basis .
