That'll do for me...Just a thought but hey a bit of experience and passion, and a bit of love for the hoops I should think. Won't happen, but a bit of Sunday dreaming :)

Romantic and nostalgic thought but no more than that.

to be honest, I would like to see Clint get his coaching badges, and then come back to the R's in a coaching capacity. I think Ainsworth would want to be a manager...and after the last lot of managers we have had in charge, I cannot see it pleasing the fans.

I agree chaps. I was not trying to be nostalgic, but was merely scratching my head as to who could do the job, and also had perhaps a bit of desire! Anyway speculation is a fools game, so I guess will leave it to the guys in charge. Who would be a hoops supporter eh? But what keeps us all debating on here is that we love QPR. All differences aside, we can agree on that.

If JFH was to get the boot soon,i would seriously think about replacing him with Steve Bruce. Did a magnificent job with Hull with players of limited ability, something with have an abundance of. Got them promoted out of this division twice, and gets lesser players playing as a unit. I can't see anyone out there that would come to us with better qualifications for the job than him !

FF's give it a rest with Warnock posts, if I asked you what ya had for supper you'd probably reply " Warnock and Chips".
Ok we get the fact you only have eyes for Colin,We get the fact you think he's the best manager since football was invented,What we don't get is your insistence on turning every post into a WARNOCK love in..........
HE IS HISTORY, HE HAS GONE, COLIN HAS LEFT THE BUILDING, COLIN HAS F****D OFF,COLIN AINT COMING BACK, GET OVER IT ,MOVE ON, HE HAS AND WE HAVE , 'NUFF SAID.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its strange that Shaun Derry & maybe Clint Hill weren't kept on by Rangers. Then sent away to get their coaching badges, give them time with the youngsters prior to them starting their managerial career in football if that is what they wanted to do. Those players in particular, would admit to never being the most talented (and maybe the mercurial Tarrabt could have learnt a thing or tow from these players) - but they always gave 100%, and would show the youngsters that they had to work for they have achieved in the game.
I sincerely hope that Derry can turn things around for Cambridge
