As a Cardiff City fan through and through, i love my club and country with a passion like no other. I have witnessed on many occasions, situations between our clubs that have been shocking and very distasteful. However i come to you now and say "Thank You for your tremendous support and words of sympathy and support". You have shown yourselves to be bigger people than probably many people thought you were, And although when(if) the next derby match comes i will be screaming abuse and banter whilst preying for a capital win, my overall outlook views and opinions on Swansea city fc and there supporters with have all new element of RESPECT and GRATITUDE. Once again Thank You.
Despite the banter, we aren't all bad! Somethings just put football into perspective. It's just a just a game after all. It's just a shame it sometimes takes a tragedy like this to make all fans realise that. Looking forward to the next derby/Swans win also, hopefully in the Prem.
It's the least any of us can do. No matter the strength of emotion felt in football, it pales in comparison with that of a human life. Once again, condolences to anyone with anyone connected to Mike Dye. RIP. Swimaway, agreed. Hopefully next year there will be a South Wales derby in the Premiership, that'd be a fitting tribute eh?
