I think Scott Brown believed he was on his way out of the club and went crying to his pal Jackson. I don't believe Mowbray told him he was getting sold.

If Celtic were selling him them it would be in their best interests to be open about it anyway. The Record has printed a story of half-truths and speculation then claimed that their source (Scott Brown himself) is liar. Some journalistic integrity Jackson has, not only does he rat out his friend but he reveals his source.

This is why the Scottish media is a disgrace, we should have a press system more like the rest of Northern Europe i.e Sweden, Denmark, Norway etc. In these countries the press has integrity, power, respect and is willing to protect the people behind the story. In Scotland none of these values are evident at all. This is the reason I buy a paper about only about twice a year.
