I understand you are taking action to have my moderator status revoked. If you have the power to do that, then I can do nothing to stop you. Should I be returned to regular membership I would accept that decision, and wish the new moderator well.
Ok, I will message him and tell him it’s the wish of the majority of regular posters on here that we have a change of Mod. That is based on my understanding of the situation, as it’s only the same 2/3 people who support you every time this occurs. It’s a shame it has come to this, but you are better suited to just being one of the infantry, not the top brass.

I’m sure some of those in hospital were probably Injured trying to disarm the knifemen but when there’s two of them it becomes a very difficult task unless you have the correct training I for one will be avoiding trains and crowded Xmas markets etc etc not worth the risk !

Lardi has been asked politely on multiple occasions not to spend the early hours of the day moving posts between threads on a whim, depending on whether he’s had his Ovaltine, and deciding what is & isn’t political in football terms. This has been going on since before you joined this forum. I personally have made it very clear to Lardi - politely, that I am not having him marking my homework on here. He listens in his own imitable way for a while, and then reverts to his old bad habits. There comes a point where you tell an adult the same thing 300 times and it becomes counter productive. Nobody elected Lardi as Mod and as I say, my very clear understanding is that there are members better capable of doing it, not least because it’s difficult to have a Mod who doesn’t go to the games. The racism thing is a complete straw man, no doubt linked to your personal political views on immigration.
Perfectly understandable. If I travelled regularly with loved ones I would be very wary for their safety. But when I'm out and about it's usually on my own, or with work colleagues. We must all do what we think is best for our families and the people we care about. But at the same time, be mindful not to let the threats of a tiny number of evil fanatics dominate our lives.

I’m normally with my wife and family- if I was on my own I’d be one of the ten injured as I can’t stand by and watch that sort of **** - can’t tell you the anger that boils in me since my son was attacked - if I’m labelled racist for my views on illegal migration so be it , but if we can stop one attack on innocent people going about their business by calling these cowards out I’m all for it
@Dick Plumb1 has made a fair point regarding my engaging in arguments over emotive subjects. There is a conflict of interest with my status as moderator. So I won't participate in debates of a political nature again, until such time as I return to being a regular member of the forum.
