Sky Bet have seen a couple of big bets on Sergio Aguero to join Liverpool. He is now 7/1 from 16/1 to move to us Redmen!

Can't see it but..............is this the marquee signing? :emoticon-0104-surpr

Is it true that before we signed Bellamy Aguero practically begged Rafa to sing him at 19?

Apparently he is a Liverpool fan, just think the rumours are out in force but imagine it for one min.......

No problem, might aswell discuss it here since it's pretty big news.

Personally, I can't see us actually signing him but there are tons of reports floating around Madrid at the moment suggesting we've made a 45m euro bid for him...

I would like to think that its true but I just can't. A lot of clubs want him and can offer him higher wages as well European football.

In addition, I rather we signed a LB and CB. The thing that has impressed me this summer is that we haven't gone for superstars just for the sake of it. We've bought players that we need who want to come to this club.

However, having a marquee signing will boost shirt sales etc ... plus he's a not a bad player either ;-)

Yeah no smoke without fire and all that

I think he will probably sell his soul for the blue of Manchester though :emoticon-0114-dull:

The same sky bet that suspended betting on Ribery going to Chelsea....

City, Juve and Real are all ahead of us in the odds as well, never going to happen. I'd love it to, but never going to happen.

What makes this rumour exciting is that people are saying that Aguero WANTS to join LFC rather than Man City.

Prob just a load of crap but we can dream :)

And Jones for Liverpool only a few weeks ago. I'm not fussed about Aguero to be honest, although i'd imagine he'd create quite the partnership with Maxi

One can hope but surely his wages would be astronomical especially since we cant offer him europe this season.Havent seen too much of his matches, would he adapt to the premiership?
