Club spending on agent's fees 2012/13: Bristol City £467,115 Swindon £128,326 Bristol Rovers £58,886 Yeovil £36,265 Cheltenham £12,140 What a ****ing joke
On a serious note! shows how much those leaches are taking out of the game. Add to that the disruption and dissatisfaction they cause with players (not to mention rumours etc) then these are the people that need to be regulated. OK so players need representatives but I'm sure the rise of the agent is one of the factors in the constant moving of players and lack of continuity within clubs. Mind you if you take the amount spent as a percentage of the worth of the players then pro-rata % wise Swindon and Rovers probably spent a lot more than we did.
How much ????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FFS no wonder the club are in debt and running at a loss..
Unfortunately it's part of modern football. The correlation in those numbers more or less matches what was paid in transfer fees.
