I could not make it to the game yesterday but several friends that did attend say that there was a big party at Loftus Road after the final whistle. Can anyone who was there at the game give the rest of us some details please?.....as this was a rare event!!!
There was a great feeling outside on the streets afterwards. Lots of singing and general joy. Everyone smiling and chatting to each other and a feeling of renewed optimism in the air. All credit to the scousers as well, they seemed humble in defeat and maybe even slightly happy for us. What a night. One of the greatest.
Agreed My mate Mick (Liverpool) but loves the R's said it was outstanding and his mate who took my ticket was knocked out as his ever match ... A new QPR fan is born it seems. Getting ribbed for not going but just couldn't get out of work and there in time... The Devil made me do the washing up
