Hello, I couldn't see a thread on today's game so here goes.

Watford visit newly promoted AFC, the real Wombles who beat L**** to complete a huge fairytale story.

Your thoughts and comments are welcome

Should be a good test for the team, a victory would be a great boost.

Not going but apparently it's on Hornet's Player.

Was hoping one of the usual suspects would create a match thread using the new muliple board capability... If no-one had by about half 2 was going to attempt it myself....

It's just another game where we improve the match fitness and work on some things they have done in training. Will be following on Hornets Player, so will be interesting to see the team using Dyche's ideas....

Let's hope for some entertaining stuff and no injuries!!

We're in! Kingsmeadow is a tidy ground, with one stand down the West side (8 rows of seats is 1500 ish seats), and 3 sides of terracing all covered.

The pitch is nice and flat so BBC London will be delighted! The usual warms ups are about to start.

Here's a first - Sean Dyche has just paced out the pitch, I presume to get an idea of large or small.

I can see Jon Marks enthusiastically belting out his lines, so he looks up for it!

Well Jon Marks might be getting going, but so far the Hornet Player is throwing up an error page. <yikes>

    No Loach starting..interesting.

Deeney out wide it seems instead of Forsyth

Not surprised by Loach not starting. Surely rather than each keeper playing 45 mins of a game it makes more sense to let one keeper play one whole game each. Gilmartin played a lot in pre season last year too instead of Loach including a good performance at Stevenage i recall.

    Kick off now 3:15.

Gilmartin starts with Loach on bench rest of back 4 as expected with Doyley at LB..

Buaben starts alonside Eustace, he is about 5 foot 10 good size and build. Forsyth dropped to bench.. Either Deeney is a 3rd forward or is wide with Yeates.

Iwelumo and Sordell start up front.

A muted "noise" is all I'm getting from the player. So nothing new about the hornets player then. come on Bas along with the PA buy into a decent matchday internet commentary system.... make a few quid to I'd switch straight away to something that works.

Neil Price believes that there will be a couple of loans signings, one maybe a left back. That suggests we haven't found one to buy.

First corner of the afternoon to Watford.

We are settling into a fluid diamond with Eustace sitting and Buaben advanced..

If Deeney is to play wide he has a lot to learn.

All 11 in the box to defend the 1st corner.
