Following on from Tash's post, I need some advice from my beloved not606ers too. I have real bother with insomnia (not the Wigan winger), I really struggle to sleep at night, especially the day after a few cheeky ones. I've read loads of tips online but nothing works. Anyone got any tips or ideas? I've tried watching reruns of Stoke games but that just gave me a headache.

Call Tiote and tell him he's ****. That'll sort you out for at least a few months.

Do you need a prescription for that you reckon? Have you taken it yourself and if so does it make you drowsy the next day? Not that it matters if I'm half asleep at work, I do buggar all except play on Footy Manager anyway!

    Just don't bother.
I had it pretty bad a few years back, and just stopped sleeping for a bit. You get a hell of a lot more things done with hours more spare time (such as A level work in my case)
I wouldn't recommend it though. I still slept a few hours a night, which was always good.

Go see your doctor is the best result, they'll probably give you medication of some sort.

Buy it over the counter, i take it when i have trouble, you can drink with it aswell, makes 3 pints feel like 6. The mornings or whenever you get up are a struggle. Makes you feel abit groggy but that passes

Strangle yourself. Don't worry, it isn't dangerous, your grip will slacken when you drift out of consciousness.

    Probably...

    Play Football Manager.

It won't get you to sleep, but makes 6 hours seem like 10 minutes. As quick as you know it, it'll be morning.

Try to get away from a computer screen as early as possible, settle down and perhaps read a book or a magazine- none of the dirty kind like!
