Hi everyone, can you please help? we are looking for a lost pair of shooting boots... belonging to a friend of ours.. he had them on the continent a fews months ago, but since moving tup north they have been misplaced. any suggestions gratefully accepted ..Thank you.. RSVP... BIG Nicky..
The Hull fans only come on here because they're either jealous or worried about us!! Cue lots of Hull fans coming on here
What the hell is an attention seeking missile? P.s. is there any reward if I find him some shooting boots
Of course proud.. something can be arranged.. like a spicey frankfurter (a kind of german sausage) or some freshly caught pollock.. landed in hull this morning there's an offer you can't refuse..
Not worried or envious etc... Born in Hull = I support HULL CITY even when bottom of the 4th division... Great for Leicester Fans if you go up just as it's great for us if we go up. IF either of our teams fail there's always next Season... You did well last night and could have scored even more with a bit of luck. We blew it today but a point will have to do... Win , Draw or lose .... Top or Bottom we support our teams what ever happens or we should do... Good luck Leicester City ...
joking aside, but Hull desperately need a striker ho knows where the goal is a fast. Lets hope they dont find one!!
Not just Hull though. There are plenty of sides that could do with more up front, including Boro. If you were a good striker, could you see Hull has the best move? Me neither...
Some of us come on because we like to visit due to close, recent, links between the clubs. It's a good board.
You know you, Scarb and, to a degree, Charlie are exempt from these kind of posts. It's aimed at all the braggarts and WUMs that have suddenly disappeared because of the league table.
I dont mind Charles, Horsham, Scrabs or even OLM coming here as they are here every week win, lose or draw for either side. Its just the people who join in when when they was in form and we wasnt
OLM has been very quite since last weekend (most active on his own board), so I class him in the WUM group.
Really? If you were a good striker, you wouldn't see regular first team football at a side who are joint 2nd without having anything up front as a good move, compared to going and joining a club in a similar position who already have 2 or more good strikers? I'd be looking at it and thinking if I joined the club with 2 good strikers already I wouldn't be that much of an improvement to the side, so the chances of promotion aren't really influenced much by me joining them, and I'm likely to spend about 1/4 of the games as a sub (I'd have to think I'd start more than my share). I'd then look at joining us and think, they're up there with nowt up front, I could go there and make a huge impact and get loads of glory, and as I'd be making more of a difference to the side at Hull than at the other club I'd be improving my chances of getting the promotion. And back to the loads of glory bit, strikers don't exactly have a reputation as being all shy and modest about their ability so being the one rather than one of three would appeal to a lot as well. It's not like the rest of the team is ****.
I was actually thinking long term, about your prospects should you miss out on promotion this season (which I think you will). If I had Boro and Hull after me, I think I'd opt for Boro. There's also wages to consider- if the stories about Fraizer Campbell are to be believed, it sounds like Hull aren't willing to pay a top striker. I actually think you need more than one striker, but I agree hat the rest of the team is pretty decent. At least Fryatt should be back next season, but Heaven knows if he'll be any cope now.
I've been saying for some time, something is telling me it'll be a Hull v Boro play-off final with Boro going up with us and Cardiff.
