Jon Lansdown says loaning out Albert Adomah to another npower Championship club is not an option We confirmed there was a bid for Albert (that was rejected), but the frustration with January is there is so much attention focused on it From our point of view most of what is put out in the press is incorrect. There was interest in Albert, there were two bids from one club. Some of the quoted figures weren’t correct. Some of them were higher than quoted but they weren’t as high as we value Albert Lansdown said he would sit down and speak with the winger on his return from Africa Cup of Nations duty the last quote I highlighted as to me it means he will be discussing Adomahs future at the club, Hopefully its along the line of, "Heres the contact extension you either sign it within 2 weeks or in the summer we will have to sell you" One thing us fans are worried about is another Maynard saga and I hope the Board have learned from there mistakes that if a player doesn't sign a contract over the summer he won't sign one all together. Hopefully we offer a contract to Adomah and something is sorted out within at least a month. This way we won't be wondering whats happening up until next January!
