In the Football League, if you fall into administration, you would normally get a 10 point deduction. However, it has now been changed to a 12 point deduction. Im just bringing this up because reading other forums, some seem to think if we fail with Sainsburys we could be looking at administration due to the loan we took out to face Sainsburys at court and thats on top of the £6/7 million debt. I hope these people claiming this to be the case is wrong! Also, when the administrators come in, they have to meet up with the clubs supporter trust within 21 days to give the supporter trust a chance to bid for the club. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33027933
This may help explain things smhbcfc http://www.bristolpost.co.uk/High-l...-battle-says/story-26118985-detail/story.html If we lose the court case vs Sainsburys, what do we do about repaying this £2million loan?
I don't think that NH and the other directors would do anything to the club that would endanger it's future, they have to much money invested and the shock of conference football last season I believe would prevent anything further damaging happening
Surely the big gates at the end of the season and the money from Wembley should cover us pretty well??
I so hope you are right. Where some have said administration is a real possible if we lose against Sainsburys, im worried now!
From the article, they seem to have it covered. Thought the Rovers QC looked more experienced than the Sainsburys QC. Hopefully he's done enough to minimise any damage if the decision goes against us.
