I wanted him to say he was close to signing some new players and tonight highlighted how weak our squad was. And that he was determined to strengthen to keep fighting for the title, rather then apparently thinking what we've got is good enough and we should be glad we're top ten.
If most of our players are fit we have a very reasonable squad. You don't go out and buy 3 or 4 players because a couple of your better players are out for a month or so..
No, we have a very reasonable first 11, if it was a reasonable squad we'd still be fine with a few injuries. We've got a good first 11 who were top because they were high on confidence, but our back up players are ****.
We probably need 1 or 2 more signings. Teams have worked out how we play at home now. It's up to Adkins more than anyone to try and adapt our game. We struggle a lot when teams like Leicester press us high up the pitch.
So now we're **** at home as well as **** away? We need 1 or two big name proven signings to give the whole club and lift and get the confidence going again not **** free transfers and loans no ones heard of or care about. Seriously we seem to be going back to our transfer policy from the Lowe days at the minute, where's all the investment gone?
