I thought 'Where do you heard about brand Adidas?' was beautifully worded.

 

I didn't get that far. I filled in my gender and then thought, "what the **** am I actually doing with my life" and gave up.

Mate, if you manage to get your Masters Degree then I'm afraid it shows how utterly worthless it is.

Your half-baked attempt to compile a simple questionnaire is simply risible, and not only because you have failed completely to proof read or check spelling/grammar before going to print.
