Of corse, the longer the contract, the more ££££££'s he's worth.

What are the odds we sell him at the end of the season? Assuming he does well.

Have to say I thought Holmes-Dennis looked different class at full back yesterday.

He is a Ferrari compared to Fox's Reliant Robin.

The only worry is that Stooge Carol will mess his head up with the bizarre positional changes like we saw yesterday.

RD must be stroking his pussy (or that of another Charlton employee...)with pleasure at the thought of THD swelling his bank balance next summer.

    Nathanial Clyne standard, IMO.

Now watch this regime f**k him up.

I thought Ademola Lookman did well, there is a lot more to come from this boy but I feel it will be seen at another club.

Lookman was our best player I thought. What's his natural position?

I ask because my impression is he'll struggle to find one.

For the U21s he plays wide left. He cuts in a lot to have a shot. But he can play off a decent centre Forward, that person is not Makienok.

At Charlton or generally? Looks like a young Jermain Defoe to me. Once he toughens up a bit he can play off a central striker (like Kermit was before he slowed up).

Sorry to say it, but he would be crazy to sign another contract for our present owners. He has been sheltered from their lunacy so far in the juniors, but no longer. Spurs would suit him.

Generally. Not sure if he looked a striker, nor a winger.

But there is no denying he looked good.

I think Reza and Vaz Te deserve a start together. Maybe a front three with Lookman. JBG should be dropped as a kick up the arse. I doubt JJ will be fit so a midfield 3 of Ba Diarra and Cousins.

Now that Lookman is in the shop window, what are the odds that we sell him in January and recall Watt? This will then be hailed as a brilliant piece of business by 'Mare.

Lookman's goal on Saturday was instinctive class, of the type that cannot be taught. A cracking finish. It seems highly unlikely that we will be seeing much more of him.

Welcome to Charlton's crap 2015 version, where everything has a price but nothing a value.

If I were Mola's advisor I would be telling him not to touch any new contract with the Douche or his pussy <ok>

My fear is that because he hasnt "come through the ranks" as it were that he won't be as compelled as a Shelvey to sign up.

That and we're pretty crap. You'd have to reaaaaaaaally love the club or desperate to play in England to sign for us right now.

There was a quote over the weekend from KF (buggered if I can find it now) that turned up on CL to the effect that Lookman is keen to extend his contract, and presumably his wages. I don't know how tru that is, but if so, we would have to be one of the most moronic clubs in history not to offer him something attractive to stick with us. Richard Murrays silly quote about keeping our young stars notwithstanding, I accept that it's logical that most talented youngsters would rather play for a team where the manager was appointed on ability, not friendship with a belgian money magnate, but if we can't even keep them for one season after they show their talent, we need a big big shake up, and a new CEO who understands football.

    Good old Richard Murray.

The libel laws prevent me saying what I really think about the bloke.

Remember the classic when RD pitched up...

" the days of selling our best players to survive are over"

    <cheers>
